People are well aware of the fact that Smoking is injurious to health .Almost most of the body parts are affected by it .Still, some people are addicted to it, and are unable to quit it. If you are a chain smoker, then it really becomes difficult for you to quit it .But now its high time you should start thinking to get rid of it as it will surely damage your lungs, Kidney, cardiovascular system, etc. Cigarettes contain harmful toxins which affect our organs .Therefore; it is up to you only, whether you want to live a healthy life or struggle for life throughout. Mostly, smoking starts in teenage and is continued until they see the harmful effects of it. Teenagers indulge in smoking because they consider it a matter of prestige. Some people smoke to look mature, give company to their friends or to try it as an experiment. Many times it is see that teens whose parents or relatives smoke ,are more prone to its addiction as they want to look like them .If his/her friend is smoking ,either forcefully or willingly he is compelled to smoke. The last reason is their excitement of experimenting it once and after that they get addicted to it.However,adults have their own reasons for smoking. They smoke to feel happier, stress free and relaxed. Most of the time they are busy with their hectic lives whether personal or professional, so to release out that pressure, they get attracted towards smoking.
