How to practice good eating habits?

Eating habits are followed from childhood to the future and further. This describes a tradition, culture, and inherited from ancestors. Eating habit makes a healthy human being. A change in the current intake of food can affect the whole body. Food should be changed age to age. Low fat diet is not the ultimate aim, but healthy food. Children can even get diabetes not because of having lots of fruits but fast food. The healthy meals cooked at home should be served at least once in a day.

To get rid of bad eating habits small steps should be taken. Small carvings should be ignored. Hunger can be a wrong signal of thirst. So drink a glass of water before going for snacks. An organic food culture that is emerging will create a revolution. This will bring back the natural freshness of soil born food rather than chemical ridden one.

Good eating habits are followed by children from parents. A fixed time for the whole family at dining table will bond the family and will be a discussion place for live events. Encouraging eating fruits and vegetables from the childhood itself is appreciable.

To change a bad eating habit first have a good sleep and then start a day drinking a glass of water. This will neutralize acids in the stomach and prevents acidity. Find new recipes and experiment will pulses and vegetables. This will become an experience as well as retain having fast foods. The taste will get improved by self cooking.
