Proper meals taken at the right time ensure a healthier lifestyle which has a profound impact on your mental state as well. Eat healthy and try to stay away from caffeine and alcohol as much as you can. These items are known for stimulating the anxiety and causing panic attacks. Sleeping well is also extremely important. If you are sleeping well, you allow your mind and body to rest. The better rested mind is in a much healthier state.
