Health problems related to the heart are found to be more common in people where the family has a history of heart diseases in case of men over the age of 40. 

The problem can be compounded if you are a bit overweight. For women, the incidence of heart disorders is more common if they have got to the age of 50. The problem is bound to be heightened if women are overweight.
