This happens almost immediately after you expose your throat to steam.

Exposing the throat to steam is going to replenish many of the essential oils that are lost from the throat when you cough. Moreover, you get the added benefit of these oils like you can enjoy their anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties as well.

To begin with, you are going to need a few drops of tea-tree oil, a few drops of eucalyptus oil, some water, and a towel. Boil some water, and let it cool for about half a minute.
